Blossoming Rose is the President of Rosengod Education Institute. She is a high energy and catalytic person. She has over 20 years of administration of Educational Programs, Community Development Corporations, Grant Writing Programs, Financial Literacy Programs, HUD Counseling Programs and Commercial/Residential Programs

Rosengod Education Institute is located in the tropical Miami/Ft Lauderdale area. The company’s focus is in South Florida, Atlanta, Jamaica and throughout the global community by the use of internet and on-line services.

Blossoming Rose expertise includes being a Licensed Teacher with Universal Foundation For Better Living, Grant Writer for Miami Dade County Florida, National Trainer for Certification of Counselors, “Train The Trainer” and Seminar Developer/Facilitator. As an Educator she has developed and taught innovative curriculums, as a Grant Writer she has authored grants totaling over 40 million dollars, she has counseled thousands of individuals and trained hundreds of counselors.

Blossoming Rose is a volunteer with inner-city programs including City of Miami Trust, Girl Power, The Manhood Camp and Center Court. She has served as the Campaign Chairperson for State Representative Hazelle Rogers and scribed as a speech writer for national organization presidents.

Blossoming Rose was born and raised in the South Florida community. She has two children and five grandchildren. She has a degree in Psychology and Counseling. Her passion and enthusiasm combines to empower and compel individuals and communities to live a Spirit filled, healthy and successful life.

Blossoming Rose has a relentless intensity and an innate gift for helping others to alter their life. As an Educator and Counselor, her vision and strategies have proven to be “life impacting and soul stretching”.

Ken Clarke

Ken Clarke is the Vice President of Rosengod Education Institute. He serves as the Institute’s administrator and fiscal officer. Additionally, he manages all home inspection related training services and workshops. His responsibilities include providing comprehensive training programs, and insuring that all individual levels of achievements exceed the applicable standards of practice in the industry.

Ken has over 25 years of experience in the home inspection business and construction industry expertise. Based on his background of conducting over 5,000 inspections for FHA, State of Florida, banks, cities, commercial/residential, he brings “Hands-On” experience to the home inspection training programs, workshops and apprenticeships.

For over a decade, Ken has managed his own home inspection company providing comprehensive services such as Full Real Estate Home Inspections, State of Florida Wind Mitigation inspections, Four Point Inspections, Chinese Drywall, Roof/Plumbing and HVAC inspections, Mold Inspections. He is a licensed and insured inspector certified with the State of Florida.

His training abilities, knowledge and expertise have been successfully documented by the number of certified and licensed inspectors that currently either perform State of Florida inspections or own their own company. He has a passion for technology that is exemplified through his innovative “paperless” and electronic inspections.

Ken resides in the South Florida community; and he has one daughter and one grandson. His benevolence includes donations of educational material and sponsorships for underprivileged youth. Fishing is his major past time in the sunny South Florida community.
