Persons desiring to enroll with Cornerstone University as a student must complete an application with the office of the Registrar. Application forms may be obtained by request from Rosengod Education Institute via mail, telephone or e-mail. This form is to be completed and mailed to the Admissions along with a photo of the applicant and the proper fees. Registration fee is $50.00.

Copies of the diplomas, certificates and transcripts of your previous courses should be attached to your application.  We need official transcripts from previous schools to finalize your admission. Each applicant will be individually evaluated.
