Blossoming Rose is a National Trainer specializing in Leadership, Financial Literacy, Youth Empowerment, Public Speaking, Personal Development, Marketing, Grant Writing and “Train The Trainer”.  Her degree is in Psychology and Counseling.  She has facilitated workshops nationally and internationally for over 20 years.  She lends her creative knowledge and innovative skills to training thousands of Certified Credit Counselors,  Financial Health Counselors and Bankruptcy Counselors  throughout the nation.  She serves as the Administrator for Rosengod's College Curriculum, and Advisor for the High School.  She produced, directed and moderated the PBS annual television series “It’s Possible, You Can Own Your Own Home”, and has written, directed and narrated documentaries for First American Title Insurance Company and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers. She co-authored the book Life of a Strawberry.  Blossoming Rose’s services have been utilized by private corporations, faith based organizations, schools, foundations, non-profit organizations, HUD Intermediaries and numerous government entities.  Rose enjoys the Florida Keys, scuba diving and horseback riding.  Her passions embrace the development and nurturing of the human spirit to reach its infinite potential.

Ken Clarke is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Rosengod Education Institute.   He is responsible for the Institute’s administrative and fiscal responsibilities.  Additionally, he manages all home inspection related training services and workshops.  His responsibilities include providing comprehensive training programs, and insuring that all individual levels of achievements exceed the applicable standards of practice in the industry.  Ken Clarke has been in the construction industry for over 25 years.  He is a Certified Wind Mitigation Inspectorwith the State of Florida, and he has conducted over 2,000 wind inspections.  He is certified and licensed to conduct Full Home Inspections throughout the State of Florida and he has specialty certifications in mold, Chinese dry wall and other insurance related inspections. Based on his background of conducting over 5,000 inspections for FHA, State of Florida, banks, cities, commercial/residential, he brings “hands-on” experience to the Home Inspection Apprenticeship Program and workshops. His training abilities, knowledge and expertise have been successfully documented by the number of certified and licensed inspectors that currently either perform State of Florida inspections or own their own companies. He has a passion for technology that is exemplified through his innovative “paperless” and electronic inspections.  He spends his leisure time fishing in the sunny South Florida area.

Ann has over 20 years experience in banking, finance, credit management, business administration, training and in real estate.  She is the past President of the NAREB Women’s Council and the current President of the NAREB Women’s Council Board of Governors. Ann has developed housing initiatives for government and non-profits.  She specializes in conducting Workshops on Credit and Housing.  Ann is a champion golfe. Her passions are golfing and the development and implementation of national housing initiatives for disenfranchised communities.

Marie has a doctorate degree in Psychology and over 20 years in Leadership Development, administration, finance, real estate and in the corporate management industry.  Marie has collaborated with fortune 500 companies, and she is frequently requested to contribute to federal and state initiatives. Marie specializes in conducting Leadership Workshops nationally and throughout the Caribbean.  Her major passion is developing leaders for the 21st Century.

As a graduate in Political Science, Charles has always been a student of “people behavior” and its interconnectedness to their lives , worlds and affairs. As an astute counselor on relationships, he has developed a keen awareness of sharing with others how to find and develop their purpose, passions and infinite potential.  All of these experiences have helped to strengthen his resolve to embrace Life Coaching.  Charles is a licensed minister with Universal Foundation for Better Living. He provides Relationship Counseling and Christian Counseling. Additionally, Charles facilitates workshops on Personal Development, Public Speaking and the Youth Empowerment Series. Charles helps others to identify practical steps to “take on” the challenges of a rich and rewarding life.

Fondly known as “Dr. Z”, his wealth of experience spans 25 years in community and economic development. This includes being a Senior Community Builder with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. He has Master Degrees in Finance and Marketing from Columbia University and Pace University. He specializes as a Community & Economic Development Trainer; and he facilitates workshops on Leadership, and Marketing. He has conducted training for hundreds of private corporations, government entities, faith based organizations and non-profit companies. Additionally, he is a  Grant Developer and Grant Writer. As a testament to his grant development/writing skills, clients have received over $900 million in funding. Currently Dr. Z teaches at South Florida University. His passions are writing, and training, and he dedicates time to restoring and building  urban communities.

Gaila is the founder of Anderson Law Group, PA. Her expertise is in foreclosure defense, real estate law, bankruptcy law and wealth building counseling.  She conducts seminars designed to assist participants in understanding the “nuts and bolts” of foreclosure defense and the Homebuyer Education process. Her major passions are service and contributions to local communities.

Dax has dedicated the past 20 years to challenging his beliefs about money, value, prosperity and their relationship to “the game of life”.  Through his rewarding and expansive experience in real estate and finance, he has developed a process of assisting others to find purpose in life and solidifying personal value systems that embrace money, investments and finances. His 1LIFE Program provides a basic understanding of Legal,  Investment, and  Financial SystEms This is a system each individual can use to develop a step by step plan for achieving his/her goals. This systematic program is supported by a series of workshops and his bestselling book P MYTH – The Psychology of Poverty vs. Prosperity.  His major passions are his daily radio program, family and spiritual relationships.

Yvonne has a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management and over 15 years in human resource management and development, life coaching and public speaking.  She is the author of the best seller book Balance: Meditations and Prayers for Everyday Life which celebrates our innate greatness, as well as inspirational cards and CDs.  Yvonne facilitates our Customer Service Workshops, and conducts a specialty workshop on Appreciative Inquiry. She currently teaches at Broward Community College.  Her passions include Life Coaching, writing and journaling.

Karie has a natural ability to organize and coordinate. Her innate sense to pursue and maintain order has been enhanced by study, training, and “hands on” experiences as a Dade County Correctional Officer.  She pursued various courses such as Proficiency Skills, Investment in Excellence,  Business Education and Applied Entrepreneurship, which helped to further develop her skills. Karie has organized everything from management teams, labor resources, volunteers, chores, people and a correctional facility housing over 1,200 inmates. She consults and trains private corporations, non-profits, governments, schools and individuals. Her Order Workshops are integrated with her bestselling book Order, It’s Not Rocket Science.

Pastor Smith's mission is to promote affordable housing for low and moderate-income families. This is achieved through Global Faith, CDC, a private non-profit community and economic development agency. Major services are housing counseling, housing workshops, credit restoration and the sharing of knowledge, resources, and techniques to improve the economic/social conditions of the community. She conducts the HUD Homebuyer Education Program series and Leadership related works. Pastor Smith has a passion for structuring strong housing counseling industries across the county, supported by diversity of educational and financial resources.

Beverley has over 20 years experience in credit restoration, insurance expertise, financial counseling and real estate education.  She has administrative, managerial and “hands on” experience in working with individuals to assist them to develop realistic and robust financial portfolios.  She has extensive background in working with first time homebuyers. Beverley’s specialty is Credit and Bankruptcy Counseling.  Her passions include reading and assisting first time homebuyers.

Jane has over 10 years experience in finance, real estate and counseling. She has worked with corporate finance companies, homebuyer education and financial health education. Jane has worked for the State of Florida for several years; and she has a reputation for integrity and compassion. Jane’s specialty is Credit and Bankruptcy Counseling. Her major passions are spiritual growth and community missions.

Nicole McDaniels
Certified Credit Counselor, Financial Health Counselor, Bankruptcy Counselor

Nicole has over 10 years experience in financial counseling, credit restoration and homebuyer preparedness.  Her extensive corporate experience in South Carolina prepared her to work “one-to-one” to assist customers with financial strategies and to achieve and maintain maximum credit restoration.  Nicole’s specialty is Credit and Bankruptcy Counseling. Her passion is helping the less fortunate throughout her community.

Blossoming Rose has a degree in Counseling and Pschology. She is a Certified Credit Counselor and Bankruptcy Counselor. As former Executive Director of HUD Homebuyer Education & Counseling Program, she was awarded "Homebuyer Education Program of the Year." Additional areas of specialty counseling include Loss Mitigation, Reverse Mortgage Counseling, Housing Counseling, Financial Health Counseling, Bankruptcy Counseling and Life Management Counseling. She teaches Financial Literacy with emphasis on youth, adults and seniors. She has facilitated workshops nationally and internatinally for over 20 years. She lends her creative knowledge and innovative skills to training thousands of Certified Credit Counselors, Financial Health Counselors, HUD Counselors and Bankruptcy Counselors throughout the nation. Martena has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Over the past 10 years her focused commitment has been to provide quantifiable Credit Counseling, Bankruptcy Counseling and Financial Literacy.  She has assisted hundreds of families to develop realistic spending plans and life management programs.  Her years of experience in working with community development corporations have greatly contributed to her success to provide trusted counseling services.   Her passions are grounded in faith, family and her professional integrity.

Reba has a degree in Education and over 5 years experience working with high school students at an Alternative Education and Drug Rehabilitation School in Broward County, Florida. She specializes in working with “At Risk” students and developing alternative tutoring curriculums for maximum learning. Reba’s High School Study Review Guide is the major review curriculum for Rosengod Education Institute.  Her specialty is tutoring the high school students.   Her passions are Broadway plays, reading and being an Advocate for “At Risk” students.

Gwendolyn has a Masters Degree in education.   She has over 20 years experience working with physically challenged and Emotionally Behavior Disorder  (EBD) youth in public and private schools.  She has a compassion for youth empowerment; and she specializes in reading, mathematics, English and social studies.  Gwendolyn specialty is tutoring. One of her passions is writing, and her forthcoming book is a children’s book on grief entitled Life of A Strawberry.  Additional passions are baking, and mentoring young children.

Karen Miller, PhD. is retired from a career as a university educator and as an adult training curriculum developer. In 2006, she joined in partnership with PDC Affordable Housing - PDC works with non-profits and developers - to secure funding and development management services in housing for moderate and low income families. Since 2007 she has secured over $19,000,000 for non-profits to develop housing for the most needy, including homeless and other special needs populations. She brings 35 years dealing with various housing, related energy, technology, and consumer issues in corporations and academia. Additionally, she has expertise in energy and green building issues. She has served on the Foreign Housing Technology Committee of the National Institute of Building Sciences, as well as ASTM (American Society of Tests and Measurements), and UL Committees. Her expertise includes Training Programs Development for Fortune 500 companies. Her experience includes authorship of over 100 grants, papers, articles and presentations related to housing, energy, and technology. Dr. Miller has an award for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy from the U.S. Department of Energy.

As a former Senior Community Builder with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Tom has an astute knowledge of grant funding research and grant writing. Fondly known as “Dr. Z”, he has a Master's Degree in Finance and Marketing from Columbia and Pace Universities.  He has a vast background of over 25 years of experience in community economic development, affordable housing/finance, community capacity building, financial feasibility analysis and community revitalization strategies.   He specializes in developing fundable grant programs for private corporations, private non-profits, community development corporations and faith based organizations.  Utilizing tax credit programs, federal/state/city funding, bond dollars and foundation sources, he has secured over $900 million dollars in financing.  He has been commissioned to author numerous literary works including technical documents, books, research guides and manuals.  His passions are writing, reading, teaching and contributing his expertise to inner-city organizations.

Dr. Miller is a Professional Engineer and Emeritus Professor of Industrial Engineering. He has spent his professional career primarily as an educator, researcher and grant writer at the University of South Florida. His primary interest today is in the area of project management. He is currently teaching undergraduate courses in Project Management at the University of South Florida. He recently taught graduate courses, short courses and seminars in project management. Dr. Miller teaches domestically and internationally. During his academic career, he successfully wrote R & D grants, and was awarded over $5 million in engineering research projects. Dr. Miller has written and presented over 75 professional papers nationally and internationally.

Blossoming Rose's extensive background in grant writing includes being Senior Grant Writer and Planner for Miami-Dade County Community Action Agency.  She has comprehensive experience in securing funding for education, green, housing, transportation, construction, youth, social services and capacity building.  As the Executive Director of two community development corporations, she was responsible for the funding and administration of multi-million infrastructure projects, commercial developments, new construction, multi-dwelling rehabs and numerous community based funding programs.  Blossoming is the Founder of Rosengod Education Institute.  She has a degree in Psychology-Counseling and over 20 years as an Educator and Teacher, “Training the Trainer”, Public Speaker, Grant Writer, Counselor, Curriculum Developer and Entrepreneur.  Blossoming has written over $50 million in grants; and she specializes in writing grants for housing, education and non-profits.  She co-authored Life of a Strawberry.  Her passions embrace the development and nurturing of the human spirit to reach its infinite potential.
